These Terms, along with any additional terms posted on our website, constitute the basis of the relationship between El Camino Travel and You (“Customer,” “Company”) regarding your use of this website.

  1. Engagement of Services

El Camino Travel shall provide Services, including Accommodation, Transport/Transfer/Driver/Guides, Restaurants (Meals), Transportation, Excursions, and other local services, based on your travel arrangements and as set forth herein. We reserve the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. Access to the Site is terminated upon expiry or termination of the Services.

  1. Terms and Conditions of Services

2.1 Travel Packages

  • Full Payment is required to secure bookings. 
  • Booking Deadline: 30/60 days prior to departure, most advisable. However, within 10 days prior departure date also able to be catered.

  • All rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.

  • If there are changes in government taxes, hotel surcharges, or best available rates (BAR), prices may be adjusted without notice.

  • Exchange rates can change at any time.

  • Make sure you have a valid passport (a minimum 6 months validity prior intended date of departure) and the required visa or entry permits. For the most accurate visa info, please check with the embassy of your destination.

  • Prices listed are based on availability at the time of booking.

  • If the listed services are not available, El Camino may offer similar or higher-standard options at a revised cost.

  • Please make sure the names you provide exactly match your passport. Hotels and tour providers are strict, and name mismatches may lead to extra charges or changes.

2.2 UAE Activities

  • Following the applicable t&c from each activity listed/booked.

Cancellation Charges (Applicable to destinations):

  • 60 days or more before departure/tour date : 0%
  • 31-59 days before departure/tour date : 50% of the tour fare
  • 21-30 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE/TOUR DATE: 75%
  • 20 days before departure/tour date: 100% of the tour fare
  • No Show: 100% of the tour fare

CHANGE DATE: will be process on case by case. In general with minimum 20 days before departure to be informed the request of change dates of travel and/tours, possible for change date. 
Request Change date below below 19 days before departure/start of tours, will depend as per each possible option of the Travel Partners’ of the countries destination. 

Fair Period Surcharge/ Black Out Dates

During peak seasons or events (e.g., New Year, Chinese New Year, Expo), surcharges may apply for accommodations, transport, meals, guides, or other services. El Camino Travel reserves the right to relocate clients to alternative accommodation if availability is affected.

Registration on Our Website

Requirements:
Certain services may require registration. By registering, you agree to applicable terms.

Log-In Details:
Keep your username and password confidential and secure.

Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate services for:

  • Breach of Terms
  • Unauthorized or disruptive usage
  • Exploitation of services (e.g., spamming or misuse of tools)
  • Disruptions to our business operations

Customers may request account termination with 10 days’ notice via email. Obligations by both parties must be completed before termination.

Travel may involve risks due to global or local conditions. El Camino Travel may change accommodations, itineraries, or cancel trips in response to security concerns or government advisories. Travel with El Camino Travel indicates acknowledgment of COVID-19 risks. Customers are responsible for their health and safety, including packing personal protective equipment and following hygiene protocols.

Force Majeure

El Camino Travel is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, industrial disputes, or government restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

El Camino Travel is not liable for any loss (direct or indirect) incurred from using the Services provided. By using our Services, customers accept these limitations unconditionally.
